Southern Bids Adeiu to Winter Sports

Southern High School Bulldawgs ended the 2011-12 winter sports season on Monday with an awards banquet at the Harwood School.
Awards were handed out to students in wrestling, basketball, swimming and indoor track and field.
Honorees included:
- Gino Spriggs Courage Award: Kathryn Eddy and Joseph Gummel
- Ted Gott Sportsmandship Award: Felicia Jones and Beau Broderick
- Bulldawg Award: Shiloh MacKenzie and Ryan Greenstreet
- Winter VP Award: Chelsea Watson and Tyler Peck
- Winter Scholar Award: Stephanie Starnes and Karl Griner
