Volunteer Guide for Teens Who Want to Help in the Community

From the Volunteer Center of Anne Arundel County:

The Volunteer Center For Anne Arundel County now has an updated Youth Volunteer Guide listing more than 50 agencies that have volunteer opportunities available through 2013 for youth of all ages!

The 2013 Youth Volunteer Guide is available for downloading FREE on the Volunteer Center’s Website: www.VolunteerAnneArundel.org/Resources   To cover the cost of publishing this 57 page Guide, printed copies can also be ordered at a cost of $5.00 each. Mail your checks to the Volunteer Center For Anne Arundel County or purchase your copy during regular business hours at the Center located at 2666 Riva Road, Suite 130, Annapolis, MD 21401.

The Guide includes a directory that identifies organizations based on their mission and the kinds of volunteer work that they offer.

Why should you volunteer? To help other people, make new friends, explore career interests, learn about our community, fulfill a course requirement, and most important – HAVE FUN!
