Murder Mystery Night at Greenstreet Gardens Benefits Breast Cancer Research
Is it Col. Mustard in the Library with the Rope?
On Thursday (Oct. 4), Greenstreet Gardens will host a Ladies Nite Murder Mystery Evening, “Reunion of Past Pageant Winners,” in Lothian. The event will benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
The question to the attendees, “Would You Kill for the Crown?” should be a fun mystery for participants to solve, especially since they will be dressed in their finest. All Ladies Nite attendees are asked to wear their favorite “pageant gown”—or old prom or bridesmaid dress.
Cost is $25 in advance or $30 at the door. The event is sponsored by Dickinson Jewelers, Skippers Pier, Thursday restaurant and Do It Best hardware store.
The fun starts at 7 p.m. when guests will work together to solve a mystery that revolves around a murder the night before a prestigious beauty pageant. Will one of the contestants/participants murder a fellow contestant to gain an edge in the pageant? You’ll find out in this pageant that is plagued with scandal from the beginning.
There will be door prizes, refreshments and appetizers included in the cost of attending.
Hasn’t that old bridesmaid gown that you could barely afford been staring at you from the closest for long enough? Grab some accessories (maybe a sash) and join in the excitement for a fun-filled night that will also be a lot of fun.
In addition, there will be a Bead Swap. Bring your bracelets and swap with other bead lovers. Change the look of your bracelet at no cost. If you don’t have a favorite beaded bracelet, start one with Chamilia (buy three beads and get the bracelet for free) or Trollbeads, where you buy the decorative clasp and get the bracelet free.
Greenstreet Gardens is located at 391 West Bay Front Road (Route 258) in Lothian. Please call 410-867-9500 ext 219 or see our website for more details www.greenstreetgardens.com
