According to a media release, the first victim was walking on Russett Green West a little before 10 p.m. on Oct. 14. The pedestrian was approached by three black men. One of the suspects pointed a gun at the victim and demanded property while the other two rifled through his pockets.
Police said the suspects stole property and then fled on foot in an unknown direction. The release said that a witness saw the suspects exit a blue sedan moments before the robbery. The suspects were also sen at a 7-11 convenience store about 30 minutes before the robbery. Their car and the driver are shown in the video stills that accompany this story.
