South River High’s Mid-November Craft Fair is Looking for Vendors
The South River Craft Fair is coming Nov. 17 and organizers are looking for vendors for this annual event. Thousands come to this fair, with money to spend just in time for holiday shopping.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the school, 201 Central Avenue in Edgewater. The event is sponsored by the SRHS Community Partnership. Funds raised will benefit the media center revitalization fund.
Organizers want vendors with unique gifts, quality crafts, fabulous jewelry and other fun items. There will also be a silent auction as well as great food for sale.
Details: booth rentals are $50 each for a 9′x8′ space. Booth sites with electricity ($60) are available but limited on a first come, first served basis. The deadline to register is Nov. 1. Crafters will be able to load-in from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday and starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday. Crafters must be set up by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
Vendors will be selected for quality, variety and uniqueness. The goal is to bring the best arts, crafts and gifts together under one roof. South River High School has the right to reject any application that is not appropriate for this event. Vendors will be responsible for display materials, including tables, chairs and extension cords. Tables must be covered.
