South County Holiday Shoppe and Christmas Crawl Start Nov. 23

The Chamber is looking for crafters and artisans for their Holiday Shoppe.

The Southern Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce is preparing for their annual Holiday Shoppe and Christmas Crawl. The Crawl will begin on Black Friday, Nov. 23 and end on Dec. 15.

For the Holiday Shoppe, the chamber is looking for local artisans, crafters and home-based businesses to offer to stock the shelves. The chamber office on Muddy Creek Road will be the site of the shoppe. We are searching for vendors for our Shoppe. Preference will be given to chamber members first, so get your application in now.

For the Christmas Crawl, each participant gets a map and an entry form. The Chamber, along with 11 other South County businesses will be pinpointed on the map. Participants visit each store within the three-week period (Nov. 23 to Dec. 15). At each location, participants will get a sticker to put on their entry form. Each store will be offering a $50 gift certificate for any visitor who successfully visits each shop and enters their completed entry form.

By joining the Christmas Crawl, visitors to the Holiday Shoppe are sure to increase exponentially, organizers said.
