Police Seek the Public’s Help to ID Suspects in Thursday Afternoon Bank Robbery in Arnold

Anne Arundel County Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a couple of suspects in the Thursday afternoon (Sept. 5) bank robbery of the TD Bank on Ritchie Highway in Arnold.

Police spokesman Justin Mulcahy said that the suspect announced a robbery to the teller around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 5. He received cash before fleeing on foot. Police described the suspect as an black man, between 5’10″ tall, between the ages of 28 and 35 years, wearing a floppy hat, drk glasses, tan long-sleeve button-down shirt, tie and khaki pants.


Police believe that the second man in the photo, a black male about 5’6″ tall wearing eyeglasses may have acted as a lookout outside the TD Bank. He left the bank just prior to the robbery.


Mulcahy said that officers, detectives and K-9 units searched the area for the suspect(s) but could not find them.
