Free Movie Night at South Arundel Veterinary Hospital Oct. 25

South Arundel Veterinary Hospital will host a free outdoor showing of the movie Frankenweenie on Friday, October 25 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Frankenweenie is a story about a boy named Victor and his dog Sparky. After losing Sparky, Victor uses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life but with a few changes.  Victor tries to hide Sparky, but when Sparky escapes, Victor’s fellow students, teachers and the entire town learn that getting a new ‘leash on life’ can be monstrous.

The movie is rated PG-13 and runs approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

Make sure to dress warmly and bring a blanket or chair to sit on along with some apple cider or hot chocolate. The movie will be shown in the backyard of South Arundel’s building which may be accessed through the wooden gates. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the movie starts at 7 p.m.

Admission is free. However, donations to the PETS Fund are gratefully accepted. The Pet Emergency Treatment Support Fund (PETS) was established by South Arundel Veterinary Hospital more than 20 years ago to help homeless and less fortunate animals in the community.

South Arundel Veterinary Hospital is located at 85 West Central Avenue in Edgewater.
