Heidi’s Haunted Trail Is Open Through Halloween Night

Heidi’s Haunted Walk in Edgewater is now in its fifth year of operation. The scary walk through the woods will run Friday through Sunday nights until and including Halloween. The attraction runs from 7 to 10 p.m. The location is off Route 2 (at the edge of Harwood), 13 Jessie Road.

Owner Holly Jensen said that they got their idea for the walk from visiting scary Halloween-themed walks, including some in Maryland. They hire local teenagers to play scary characters along the way.

It is appropriate for children five and up. It’s pretty scary, so little ones need to have a high tolerance for frights!

Wear comfortable shoes, the walk is slightly hilly, although not a difficult hike. A tour guide will lead the way around the attractions.

To get in, its $15, but you can get a $2 discount with a non-perishable food donation for the Anne Arundel County Food Bank. They’re offering birthday parties, email Heidi’s Haunted Hills to arrange details.
