Lothian Man Charged in Incident Involving Shots Fired at Neighbor after Argument

Police arrested a Lothian man on Tuesday afternoon after he allegedly fired shots at a neighbor after a verbal dispute. The man arrested, Carlton Ervin Carter, 52, of Mt. The Anne Arundel Clunty Watermen’s Association working in partnership with the Capt. Avery Museum to sell 2015 Watermen’s calendars. The proceeds benefit youth education programs at the museum.
